I went in for an oil change and came home with a brand new Hyundai Santa Fe Sport 2.0T -- I LOVE IT! I can honestly say this is the BEST experience I have EVER had buying a car. I went in for the oil change and had been curious about getting out of my Hyundai Sonata Lease and into a new car... but I NEVER thought it would happen. David Lee and Rick Sterry took tremendous care of me and worked with me to get the deal where I needed it to be to make the purchase -- and I am SO grateful! I have been wanting to get back into an SUV, specifically another Santa Fe (which I've owned before) and when I saw the one I purchased on the lot I just fell in love. It's a deep green (Juniper Green) and is a Turbo, which I love - Love - LOVE. It rides super smooth and has all the room I wanted with plenty of room for my pup in the back. :) It is not very often you walk into a car dealership and walk out feeling like you truly received a great deal + great customer service + a great vehicle. Something always seems to end up "lacking." But not this time. David Lee is fantastic. Rick Sterry is fantastic. They both put the "Pro" in Professional! I brought my SUV there for a Oil Change and over all service check. Well in the process the lift broke my running board. I talk to Mr Drum and he said that he could not take owner ship but work out a de service check. Well in the process the lift broke my running board. I talk to Mr Drum and he said that he could not take owner ship but work out a deal to replace the running board. Now this was Saturday...today (Tuesday) I tried to contact Patrick Drum several time and he did not return my call. Finally i got in touch with him. And of course he was busy and stated that he would get back in touch with me. Me and Mr. Drum made a deal to replace my running boards and he took action on it. I'm from Florida and i bought my car from you because of the way i was treated and have always gave great outstanding reviews and have told other about the service i received here.. THANKS More
