Painless but a bit long No issues on the purchasing or price, everything was straightforward. I knew what car I wanted and they got it for me. Charles invited us to come in and talk to them about the deal. The entire time, everyone we encountered was friendly and professional. Mr. Bond made the "impossible" deal work and we drove away with the car we wanted at the price we wanted. I will buy from Charles and Mr. Bond again! More
