First Car Purchase This was the third dealership I'd gone to with the intention of just looking but it turned out to be where I was buying my first car. I have no regret This was the third dealership I'd gone to with the intention of just looking but it turned out to be where I was buying my first car. I have no regrets. When I came inside questioning what to do cause I still was very naive about the whole thing I was greeted and shown around kindly and in an understanding manner. We were matched to work with Marcus and I think it worked out perfectly. I had already done research and he asked the right questions to bring me the car I was going to test drive. He let us go for a good amount of time that really allowed me to get the feel and my parents support on the purchase. When it came down to money, I felt I was actually being listened to and worked with rather than being seen as a comission that had to be made. Marcus was able to talk it all out with managers and my parents and get the price to a feasible place for my first large investment. Through the end of that visit and the couple other times I've already been back in, I love that I'm treated as a valued person and not just another customer. The service is great and the people are too, and I dont think I felt the same comfort that I did at Hyundai at the other dealers. All in all, I love my Tucson and am beyond thankful for the work put in at CP Hyundai from Marcus and all the other departments that allowed me to be able to drive off in my beautiful first car! I would definitely come back (years from now). More
