This is obviously not the first positive review I am posting of this Dealership, but this should be considered the best because it results from the best car-buying experience I have had in more than a decade. My last review had an exceptional focus on the Service Department that had gone through a stunning improvement before my eyes in barely a year, and it is still getting better and better. Because of one of the finance managers (Eboni...she is just the best, I can't help it!), I keep coming back to College Park each time a new car is needed, before considering any other place...and I have not been able to buy from somewhere else for quite a few years now. This time, I was quite impressed with Charles. When you're used to buying cars, you get to a point where a car salesperson is just another unimpressive encounter. I did not know that a car salesman could make me feel so appreciated, and so happy with a purchase experience. Charles Anene did! And now, because of Eboni, Charles and Shawn in sales, and Adam in Service, I am under the impression that College Park Hyundai only has great people all way around! More
