Dont go here This has been the WORSE car buying experience ever. Jay lied about what I had to pay for when trading in my lease for a purchase. I was billed fees This has been the WORSE car buying experience ever. Jay lied about what I had to pay for when trading in my lease for a purchase. I was billed fees and then never reimbursed the car payment I made a day before making my new purchase. Mr. Bond the Sr. Manager is even worse. He promised to call me back and follow up, never did. Then when I called back they stated he was out for 3 days. Bill Wilson, also rude and not helpful. Overall, this dealership sucks and they LIE. I will never recommend this location and have told ALL my friends and family not to either. I will not even get my vehicle serviced here...I should have went it the Hyundai in Bowie. If I could return this car I definitely would!!! VERY VERY DISSATISFIED. I HATED THIS EXPERIENCE! I Filed a dealership complaint as well! More
