We purchased our car at a busy and unexpected time (we had only come by to look), so things were hectic at the dealership Shawn Hashemi was excellent. We purchased our car at a busy and unexpected time (we had only come by to look), so things were hectic at the dealership and we continued our negotiation a couple of days later. Therefore, some steps were temporarily overlooked. Shawn was was not the person who failed to adequately explain how the contract was determined. There were items in the contract which were not forthrightly explained; therefore, we had to re-negotiate the contract. In the end, all came out fine. More

Shawn was AMAZING Shawn Hashemi was my sales representative. Simply, Shawn was amazing. I was very particular with my purchase. I knew what I wanted and was not in t Shawn Hashemi was my sales representative. Simply, Shawn was amazing. I was very particular with my purchase. I knew what I wanted and was not in the market for anything else. Shawn understood this and progressed the deal with that in mind. My vehicle was VERY hard to locate. Shawn searched throughout the region, and further, to locate the vehicle. He kept me updated as to progress and options along the way. Throughout, he was VERY professional, courteous, and patient; AMAZING. Shawn finally located my vehicle (Richmond area I believe) and facilitated its transportation to the dealership in College Park. Shawn noted that the VA dealership did not provide the SD card for the navigation system. Shawn was not pleased with them and diligently worked to obtain the SD card. While it took several weeks to obtain, Shawn was frequently on the phone with them pushing to obtain the card. He worked tirelessly to resolve the issue did what was needed. Again, Shawn was amazing and deserves a lot of positive credit for this. I am very thankful that he was my sales representative. THANK YOU!!! More
