Adrienne demonstrated great customer service during my visit on 08/18/25. She was very attentive, empathetic and professional. She was a breath of fresh air compared to my past visits. His lack of respect towards senior citizens such as myself is big disappointment to the College Park location. Adrienne made me feel not only seen but heard. I hope to see her on my next visit. The customer service reps were inattentive. Talking on their cell phone and work phone at the same time while customers are standing in front of them. I also received 2 different estimates for the same service. The 1st one was $1700 and the 2nd one was for $2200. Also had to pay for a diagnostic that included things completely unrelated to the service I requested. Still dont know why I needed a comprehensive diagnostic. Test given that it underwent a full service about 2 months ago. More

My experience at the College Park, Hyundai dealership was great. The wait wasn’t long and the service advisor Robert Adams III and the technician were awesome keeping me updated on my phone. The staff were unprofessional and disorganized. They communicated with manipulative terms to try and get us to make the decision they wanted regarding our car repair (e.g., “well if you don’t decid They communicated with manipulative terms to try and get us to make the decision they wanted regarding our car repair (e.g., “well if you don’t decide to have X repair right now, we will start charging you daily for the spot in the lot that your car is taking”) instead of talking through options so we could decide the best course of action for our family. The service department also lost my car keys when I can to pick the car up, then said the keys were “locked in the toolbox of someone who already left for the day” and that I’d have to come back the following day. It was a frustrating and difficult experience all around, and I would not recommend this dealership. More
