Hello Michael, My overriding concern regarding my recent visit is the bill. After reflecting on the fee I agreed to pay for the diagnostic, I have a few questions. My car had a diagnostic on 6/18/2025 when it was brought in for full service. On 8/13/2025, I advised the service rep that I believe there was something wrong with the steering (car pulls to the left and right) and I was hearing a clicking noise in the front right wheel area. I am not sure why I had to pay for a diagnostic for the following reasons: 1.) diagnostic was performed on 6/18/2025; 2.) I specifically requested an inspection of the steering/struts, and did not need or want the interior/exterior, battery, and under the hood inspected. The final straw that made me decide not to move forward with the repairs was the sudden price change. I initially saw an estimate of @ $1700, which jumped to $2200 the next time I looked a few hours later. This estimate also did not deduct the diagnostic test if I opted to do the repair at your shop, per the service rep. I am seeking a 50% refund of the cost of the diagnostic test. Thank you
