Kind, professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable would be all of the words I would use to describe our wonderful salesperson, Shawn. He understood our dilemma, took charge of the matter and treated my daughter and I like family! I felt much more at ease and confident that we had made the right decision to not only buy a Hyundai, but to take our business to college park. Our overall experience was delightful. This was my daughter's first brand new car and the entire dealership clapped, gave her a big thumbs up and cheered her on when she left. She felt like a movie star! He was knowledgeable about the cars in inventory and gave me suggestions on different types of cars. All I can say, is that Charles Anene and his Manager gave me a offer I couldn't refuse. I wasn't sure....But, NOW I'm sure that I love my new (used) car. Ebonnie Ruffin-Jone was great, as well. She was very comprehensive in her knowledge of financial matters and her ability to relay information in simpler terms. Ebonnie deserves a bonus for her skill set and her relatable business demeanor. They made it very easy! I was in a bind as of this month. My 2008 Chevy Malibu with close to 130,000 miles on it was in need of some repairs to go through inspection and get I was in a bind as of this month. My 2008 Chevy Malibu with close to 130,000 miles on it was in need of some repairs to go through inspection and get registered in Maryland from Virginia. I determined that it really wasn't worth it. I did some homework on a new car and considered both Hyundai and Honda, since both of them came highly recommended. After driving a couple of models of both brands, I settled on the Hyundai Elantra. I need basic transportation to and from work as well as getting around town when I need to do so, and after driving the car home from the dealership yesterday and tooling around the area today, I believe I made a solid and practical choice. Sales Representative Charles Anene made the process almost painless...almost because I still have to pay for the car over the next couple of years...but it's doable. Sales Manager Lonnell Bond and Finance Manager Catherine Osorio also made taking care of the particulars very pleasant. Another very nice lady, whose name escapes me at the moment, also was helpful in making the transaction process easy. This dealership, with whom I've never done business before, deserves to be recognized as excellent, and if you're looking for a Hyundai, you should have no fear about dealing with Charles or anyone else at College Park Hyundai. I would recommend them highly to anyone. Thank you for a great experience. If your service department experience I have in the future is as great, I will give them the kudos they deserve as well. Yesterday my bag was stolen; everything was in there including my keys to my Hyundai. When I contacted College Park Hyundai I was transferred to Steve in the parts department, He was so pleasant and made my situation seem so minor. Then I was connected to William in the service department. Their professionalism was awesome. Their customer service went above and beyond. I just want to say "Thank you" More
