My service advisor was friendly but the only problem I had is that I had a coupon from the website that they did not recognize it took me a while to get the information together. My experience with the service department at College Park Hyundai has been extremely disappointing. I dropped my car off in October and didn’t get it back for over a month—only to receive it with additional Hyundai has been extremely disappointing. Despite assurances from the service manager, Joseph, that the problems would be addressed, I had to personally follow up multiple times just to get the warranty process started. I even escalated the issue to the general manager, who promised things would be handled more professionally moving forward. However, when I finally received my car, it had an exhaust leak from the newly installed parts—proving they didn’t even verify the work was properly completed. On top of that, the car was covered in pollen and debris from sitting outside for weeks and was returned to me in that condition. I had to return the vehicle again just days later to fix the exhaust issue. Mike promised the car would be cleaned this time, but now someone from their team is telling me via text that it can’t be done. This is completely unacceptable. The lack of communication, poor accountability, and subpar service make it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority at this dealership. More
