I haven't utilized this dealer in years but after my usual dealership didn't have an appointment until weeks away I decided visit them for an urgent repair. After researching my issue on line I was able to input the exact issue into my service request and my advisor researched the issue and found that it would be covered if it was in fact that issue. It was and it was cover and and easy fix. They did recommend more maintenance, which I got most of it done. They were able to replace my filters for free since I already had them. The use the videos for the repairs where you can see the issues and they applied a discount for my service. I recommend and will be returning. More

The finance manager Lee was also extremely kind, and made me feel comfortable with the buying process. The manager Reggie (I think that's his name) was EXTREMELY kind and did what he could to make sure I was happy leaving the dealership!
