I had to wait for the finance manager for longer than expected but that was not his fault, which is why it didn't affect my opinion of his service. I am surprised that no dealership manager came out to thank me for my business after I got my car. Considering the cost, as good as it was, and the fact it was my first time at Nissan, it would have been nice to get attention or appreciation from upper management. Terrible service department if you need warranty work. Nissans are great but this service department is inefficient and inadequate.
