Was treated great and very respectfully. And i am a brown muslim, lol. Not that it matters, but i read some reviews alluding to people who arent "white" were treated less than ideally. Easily the simplest, most hassle free, most pleasant and beyond fair car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars. I was looking for one very specific 2021 F150 build that nobod beyond fair car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars. I was looking for one very specific 2021 F150 build that nobody seemed to have locally. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want like many dealers will try to do, Cory Davis got to work and found the only truck within 350 miles that matched exactly what I wanted. He worked a hard negotiation with the other dealer and had it on his lot within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Could I have taken the drive and bought from the other dealer? Sure, but I was determined to buy from Colley because they have a reputation for standing behind their customers and I wanted that small family feel and customer service from my dealer. Not only did he get me the truck I wanted, but he worked out an incredible deal on the price and even did some real math on the towing and payload capacities with another awesome guy named CJ. Many other dealers will sell you anything and they don't actually care what you tow with it. When I tell you I didn't have to haggle even once, it's because my experience and the deal were that good. Believe me when I say I spent weeks doing my research and nobody else was going to be able to touch that deal. He gave me a number, I was shocked with the deal I was presented and quickly said absolutely yes, let's do it! That is a first for me and I am often a pain in the butt when it comes to negotiations. I was offered max value for my trade in as well; I didn't even have to consider selling private party. He also beat every single interest rate I could find by a landslide. It's like I didn't even have to try with any part of this process! Instead of spending hours upon hours at a dealership sending negotiations back and forth, this deal literally only took a quick phone call and I was signing and driving it off the lot the very next day in no time at all. Epic win. When I got there, a wonderful salesman named Ed made sure he walked me through every single bell and whistle on the truck, took me to drive it, and made sure everything was perfect and I felt comfortable with my new vehicle. I was really happy with how well he knew his vehicles. Stellar customer service all around. It is common for shoppers to leave the car lot wondering if they got a good deal after all is said and done. I didn't even have to wonder about that for a second, and I am so grateful for that. The last thing customers need is added stress in a time like this, and it was completely stress free from start to finish. Who ever thought buying a car could actually be fun? Not me, that's for sure. I am glad they proved me wrong. Colley Ford just made me a lifetime customer. A+! More
2018 new F-150 and a 2017 new F-250 from Colley. We paid $ 1,790.00 for a stolen vehicle recovery device----Colley still hasn't installed them!! They will tell you they can't take them off as you sign the $ 1,790.00 for a stolen vehicle recovery device----Colley still hasn't installed them!! They will tell you they can't take them off as you sign the contract and see it but it's too late they say. In our case, Colley never even put them on either truck. Also, Ford is having an issue with their small screen radios with Sync 3. Our truck has been at the dealer since NOV 21!!! That 8 weeks we have had to rent a truck and for a small African American Electrical Contractor, it's getting very expensive. More

Got Ripped Off And Lied To About Anti Theft System Bought my wife a 2019 Ford Explorer a month ago from this dealership. At first everything seemed to be going pretty good. The salesman was Chris Al Bought my wife a 2019 Ford Explorer a month ago from this dealership. At first everything seemed to be going pretty good. The salesman was Chris Alvarez. Seemed friendly enough at first. You know, the “we are friends now” approach. (Since we live in the same city.) Not my cup of tea, but not a big deal. When I first was looking at the Ford, Chris told me the vehicle had Lojack installed. I said I would need it taken out, as I don’t want it. We went into the office, and talked numbers, agreed on a price then went into the lobby to wait for finance. In all, we got a fair deal with a better than expected 1.9% interest rate. Thought they would do the old buy rate trick, but they didn’t. (Look this up before you buy a car, will save you thousands. The dealers who do this get you qualified with let’s say a 5% rate and tell you that you only can get a 7% rate with your credit. The 2% is straight profit. Get pre-approved.) While in the lobby, I asked Chris to have the Lojack removed. He then told me it wasn’t actually Lokjack, but Kahu. I told him I didn’t want it. He seemed to act like it was going to be a big deal to take it off, and I didn’t want to have to come back, so I did something stupid, I bought it. So now we go to finance, sign the contract, and go out to get the car. Well here is the kicker. I found out only after the contract was signed that the Kahu is a subscription, which I wasn’t told. Then after a few more weeks of trying to have it taken to the dealership and have it put on, I find out and vehicle actually DIDN’T have it installed in the first place. Chris told me last week that when he was selling the car the paperwork said Kahu was installed. But when I started to make a fuss about a refund, I found out the paper never said it was installed. I was played on the Kahu part. Just a good old salesman trick, but not a good way to do business. I asked Chris 4 times to have them just shoot me the $600 I paid, and all would be good. That was a few weeks ago. No more calls. I wouldn’t buy a Ford from these guys. Just the same old tricks but different people. More
