We have always operated under the premise that the goods and services we sell our customers, friends, and neighbors need to provide value and be of the highest quality.
Our family has been in the retail automobile business for over seventy five years, starting with my grandfather who co-owned a Desoto-Plymouth dealership on Crenshaw Boulevard and 43rd Street in Leimert Park. We have been in Glendora doing business since 1964 and at our current location in the Glendora Auto Centre for thirty three years. Our business is still family owned and operated. We value our continuity, with many employees having worked with us for ten, twenty, and even thirty years.
Glendora and the surrounding cities of Covina, La Verne, San Dimas, and Azusa are tight knit and community oriented. The customers in our area require a high level of civic responsibility from the businesses that operate within them, and we have never shied away. Over the years we have donated more than 40 vehicles and countless dollars in donations to local churches, civic organizations, and schools. Our donations and sponsorships have been rewarded by the community’s continued support of our business, and our longevity there as residents.
We are proud to do business and raise our families in the foothill communities.

My bid was made promptly after the listing appeared on the Internet and close to asking amount. Strongly feel it was used as bait for some preferred local bidder to up the final selling price. Do not try to buy an in-demand vehicle through the Internet with these folks. A General Sales manager should learn that Internet sales are highly reputational and this kind of old school sleaze becomes counter-productive. If not, the General Manager should take care of cleaning house. More

Knowledgeable and Trustworthy I had a great experience working with Ismael and John in internet sales. I was very clear on what I was looking for and they asked clarifying questio I had a great experience working with Ismael and John in internet sales. I was very clear on what I was looking for and they asked clarifying questions when needed. Neither tried to sell me anything I didn't want or need. They were very helpful in getting me all the eligible rebates and reasonable financing. The Nick the manager worked quickly to finalize the deal and only offered reasonable add-ons with no pressure. Financing and signing was smooth and easy, again letting me know what options were available with no pressure. Overall I got an excellent deal on our new Explorer with way more options on the vehicle than I hoped for at a reasonable price with no haggling or pressure. ismael i purchased a 2016 ford edge and ismael gonzalez was my salesperson. he was very professional and straightforward. i shopped at other dealerships, i i purchased a 2016 ford edge and ismael gonzalez was my salesperson. he was very professional and straightforward. i shopped at other dealerships, including 2 other ford locations. i felt most comfortable with ismael. i would recommend anyone interested in buying a car to meet with ismael. the only issue i had was the backlog and i think i was waiting longer than necessary. i think the entire process was a good 4 hours. luckily, ismael was great company and make are time ejoyable. on a side note, the survey link in a separate email did not work More

Decent Dealer, Horrible Service Center Purchasing my wife's car here was just an average experience. While the staff was friendly, they were not very engaging. It just didn't feel welcoming Purchasing my wife's car here was just an average experience. While the staff was friendly, they were not very engaging. It just didn't feel welcoming. But the one star isn't based off of that experience. Their service department is horrible. They overbook their appointments and forget walking in. They treat you like an idiot for not making an appointment. I should have known I would have problems from day one when we purchased the car and they didn't have anyone available to wash it before delivery. This was after sitting and waiting in the service area for more than an hour. That sounded strange to me because it was the middle of the day in the middle of the week. They asked me to come back another day and they would offer a complimentary wash. When we tried a few days later to get that done they were rude and dismissive like we were bothering them. The same when we tried to claim our complimentary oil change. My wife will not return there because of the way she was treated and goes all the way to Bob Wondries in Alhambra to get her car serviced, even though we live 3 minutes from Colley. Normally I service my car near my work, but that wasn't going to be possible this last time so I figured I would give Colley another shot with my Ford vehicle. Overbooked and unapologetic about it. Worst service center I have ever experienced. More
