We have always operated under the premise that the goods and services we sell our customers, friends, and neighbors need to provide value and be of the highest quality.
Our family has been in the retail automobile business for over seventy five years, starting with my grandfather who co-owned a Desoto-Plymouth dealership on Crenshaw Boulevard and 43rd Street in Leimert Park. We have been in Glendora doing business since 1964 and at our current location in the Glendora Auto Centre for thirty three years. Our business is still family owned and operated. We value our continuity, with many employees having worked with us for ten, twenty, and even thirty years.
Glendora and the surrounding cities of Covina, La Verne, San Dimas, and Azusa are tight knit and community oriented. The customers in our area require a high level of civic responsibility from the businesses that operate within them, and we have never shied away. Over the years we have donated more than 40 vehicles and countless dollars in donations to local churches, civic organizations, and schools. Our donations and sponsorships have been rewarded by the community’s continued support of our business, and our longevity there as residents.
We are proud to do business and raise our families in the foothill communities.

Easily the simplest, most hassle free, most pleasant and beyond fair car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars. I was looking for one very specific 2021 F150 build that nobod beyond fair car buying experience I have ever had, and I have purchased a lot of cars. I was looking for one very specific 2021 F150 build that nobody seemed to have locally. Instead of trying to sell me something I didn't want like many dealers will try to do, Cory Davis got to work and found the only truck within 350 miles that matched exactly what I wanted. He worked a hard negotiation with the other dealer and had it on his lot within 24 hours of my initial phone call. Could I have taken the drive and bought from the other dealer? Sure, but I was determined to buy from Colley because they have a reputation for standing behind their customers and I wanted that small family feel and customer service from my dealer. Not only did he get me the truck I wanted, but he worked out an incredible deal on the price and even did some real math on the towing and payload capacities with another awesome guy named CJ. Many other dealers will sell you anything and they don't actually care what you tow with it. When I tell you I didn't have to haggle even once, it's because my experience and the deal were that good. Believe me when I say I spent weeks doing my research and nobody else was going to be able to touch that deal. He gave me a number, I was shocked with the deal I was presented and quickly said absolutely yes, let's do it! That is a first for me and I am often a pain in the butt when it comes to negotiations. I was offered max value for my trade in as well; I didn't even have to consider selling private party. He also beat every single interest rate I could find by a landslide. It's like I didn't even have to try with any part of this process! Instead of spending hours upon hours at a dealership sending negotiations back and forth, this deal literally only took a quick phone call and I was signing and driving it off the lot the very next day in no time at all. Epic win. When I got there, a wonderful salesman named Ed made sure he walked me through every single bell and whistle on the truck, took me to drive it, and made sure everything was perfect and I felt comfortable with my new vehicle. I was really happy with how well he knew his vehicles. Stellar customer service all around. It is common for shoppers to leave the car lot wondering if they got a good deal after all is said and done. I didn't even have to wonder about that for a second, and I am so grateful for that. The last thing customers need is added stress in a time like this, and it was completely stress free from start to finish. Who ever thought buying a car could actually be fun? Not me, that's for sure. I am glad they proved me wrong. Colley Ford just made me a lifetime customer. A+! More

2018 new F-150 and a 2017 new F-250 from Colley. We paid $ 1,790.00 for a stolen vehicle recovery device----Colley still hasn't installed them!! They will tell you they can't take them off as you sign the $ 1,790.00 for a stolen vehicle recovery device----Colley still hasn't installed them!! They will tell you they can't take them off as you sign the contract and see it but it's too late they say. In our case, Colley never even put them on either truck. Also, Ford is having an issue with their small screen radios with Sync 3. Our truck has been at the dealer since NOV 21!!! That 8 weeks we have had to rent a truck and for a small African American Electrical Contractor, it's getting very expensive. More

Got Ripped Off And Lied To About Anti Theft System Bought my wife a 2019 Ford Explorer a month ago from this dealership. At first everything seemed to be going pretty good. The salesman was Chris Al Bought my wife a 2019 Ford Explorer a month ago from this dealership. At first everything seemed to be going pretty good. The salesman was Chris Alvarez. Seemed friendly enough at first. You know, the “we are friends now” approach. (Since we live in the same city.) Not my cup of tea, but not a big deal. When I first was looking at the Ford, Chris told me the vehicle had Lojack installed. I said I would need it taken out, as I don’t want it. We went into the office, and talked numbers, agreed on a price then went into the lobby to wait for finance. In all, we got a fair deal with a better than expected 1.9% interest rate. Thought they would do the old buy rate trick, but they didn’t. (Look this up before you buy a car, will save you thousands. The dealers who do this get you qualified with let’s say a 5% rate and tell you that you only can get a 7% rate with your credit. The 2% is straight profit. Get pre-approved.) While in the lobby, I asked Chris to have the Lojack removed. He then told me it wasn’t actually Lokjack, but Kahu. I told him I didn’t want it. He seemed to act like it was going to be a big deal to take it off, and I didn’t want to have to come back, so I did something stupid, I bought it. So now we go to finance, sign the contract, and go out to get the car. Well here is the kicker. I found out only after the contract was signed that the Kahu is a subscription, which I wasn’t told. Then after a few more weeks of trying to have it taken to the dealership and have it put on, I find out and vehicle actually DIDN’T have it installed in the first place. Chris told me last week that when he was selling the car the paperwork said Kahu was installed. But when I started to make a fuss about a refund, I found out the paper never said it was installed. I was played on the Kahu part. Just a good old salesman trick, but not a good way to do business. I asked Chris 4 times to have them just shoot me the $600 I paid, and all would be good. That was a few weeks ago. No more calls. I wouldn’t buy a Ford from these guys. Just the same old tricks but different people. More

Sucker, fraudulent and should be illegal I went down to colley Ford to trade in a Toyota Truck and I went from dealing with one person and getting passed around to 3 other guys. I was fully honest with what car I liked, how much I want to spend a month and the manager walked up to me and said he is willing to do what ever it takes to make a deal. I went for a test drive with Tim White and the entire ride he is telling me how $22,000 is a killer deal and how his friend called to but this exact car. After being at the dealer for over 2 hours and being completely honest with them they run my credit and say the car payment is more than my budget. I fully understood. So I said what if I buy the car out right with no trade in ? They say put it in your wife’s name and you have a deal. My wife scrambles the family in the car, answeres all Tims questions on her way to come sign including her social and Driver license. While we are waiting for my family to come and sign for the car the new manager who clearly is the biggest sucker and started this entire transaction says we made a mistake and the car you test drive and we have been running numbers on is $27,000. How can we be doing a deal on the wrong car for over 2 hours? I do not recommend Collet ford to my worst enemy and I wouldn’t step foot back in that lot. Not to mention they have tried to fix my Ford F-150 \twice and after 90dats they still cannot find out what’s wrong. So not only is the Sales area horrible but service is worse. This is fraud and should be illegal to tell someone how much a car is so they can run your credit but I am 100% sure that Tim and the new manager would be agree because they couldn’t even get the price of my car straight. More
