Poor customer service Purchased three high end rv's from this dealer over the past 9 years and each time the customer service gets worse. They advertise they have the lowest price, but shop around because they are not (they will meet competitors price with an attitude). They are the only game in town, but if I had to do it over again I would go some place else. Follow up after the sales stinks. I called and asked questions about my rv and they could not answer them and they referred me to the manufacture, temporary plate expired and I had to call to check status, I have been waiting five weeks for an extended warranty refund (I was told all we needed to do was fill out a form). I was advised that I am looking at another six weeks. Limited financing options (if you finance do loan from your own bank you will get a better rate). Would not do business again with them. More
