We walked in very knowledgeable about what we wanted. They had a particular truck that we were very interested in. We told the sales girl more about the truck than she actually knew about the truck. we They had a particular truck that we were very interested in. They didn’t really help us with the price at all. We were told that we could buy it in a Massachusetts and they would deliver it to Connecticut. They held a truck for an extra day to make sure I came through with my part with payment and insurance, which I did, I called the day ahead of time to make sure the truck was being delivered. Seemed like one problem after another when they were trying to deliver the truck . First they called and said they didn’t have a driver then they brought the truck to check the VIN number supposedly this DMV did not have a lift for the truck to check the vin number which seems ridiculous to me, but whatever ,,then we were told two or three times the truck would not arrive that day because the driver missed the appointment or the appointment did not show up in the computer ..then after I complained the truck did come eventually, but we were promised a full tank of gas, which there wasn’t the truck said low DEF fluid when my husband had a specific conversation about that fluid with the sales person eventually, the person delivering the car went out and bought the fluid .we had asked about getting the truck under coated. I must’ve called the dealership five times to inquire about this and never heard back until the day before the truck was gonna be delivered and heard that they couldn’t really make that happen. Just seems like other places I’ve bought a car were much more helpful. I only met the supervisor when she came by and casually said oh thanks you decided to buy the truck huh Thought that she would’ve been a little bit more involved as well but it is what it is. We have the truck it’s what we wanted and I’m thankful for that, but the dealership was so so.. More
