I asked for a full tune up for a road trip we had planned and all they did was change the oil and replace the tires. They didn’t do a tune up, didn’t even top up my fluids: all the fluids were at the bare mi and all they did was change the oil and replace the tires. They didn’t do a tune up, didn’t even top up my fluids: all the fluids were at the bare minimum. I was willing to pay for whatever needed to be done. They also spilled oil all over the engine so it was smoking for the majority of the 20 hour ride and still stinks. Wont be coming back or purchasing another vehicle from here. More
