Horrible experience all around. Very unresponsive throughout the entire purchase process, calls not being returned by sales and the finance team. Multiple times during the process I'd get a text, or make a call to be told they'd call me back in 15 minutes, only to have to call back the next day because the return phone call was never made. I love that they're so close, but can no longer justify purchasing at Colonial seeing as the customer service goes away after the P&S is signed. More
