I had been researching Ram trucks for a few months and was very knowledgeable about options, costs and availability of models. I knew what I wanted and wasn’t going to settle for something less. This was especially true considering I was looking for a truck in the “Limited” trim style and the prices are generally at the higher end of the price spectrum. I happened to be in the area of Colonial Dodge for other ressons. My wife was poking around the internet and was looking at Ram truck dealerships websites to see if any of the dealers had posted any new vehicles as I had yet to find what I wanted at the many dealerships in Ma. Even if I found something close to what I wanted the price advertised was absurdly prohibitive. Colonial advertised the truck I had been looking for with all my must haves. The advertised price was the opposite of the other dealerships. It was absurdly low to the point that I believed it to probably be far from the true price. I’m talking almost $18,000.00 off the sticker. We had looked at the truck prior to talking to any sales people and it was more then acceptable. Upon entering the dealership we were introduced to Victor. Not believing the price I questioned Victor as to its authenticity. Victor assured me it was correct. I The good price was a Presidents Day sale price. I figured at this time it might be time to buy even though my timeline to buy was June. My trade in was valued and came back $500.00 higher then expected. Needless to say I bought the truck. Victor made the process seamless. Victor had the truck ready in approximately 4 hours including the registration transfer. The truck was delivered cleaned inside and out and the fuel tank was full. When test driving I noticed it only had 55 miles of gas left in it. The tank is the optional 33 gal tank. Nice touch. Victor contacted me the next day inquiring about any issues that I may have. An issue had arose and Victor made an appointment for to have it corrected. So far Colonial and Victor have done the all the right things and I see no reason for it not to continue. More

Pre-purchase communication was excellent, but in the days that followed, as we waited to complete the final transaction, comms were spotty, including the loss of a bank check.
