I had a great experience at this dealership! It was my first time buying a car and Gary made the process easy to understand and made me feel confident in the car I was purchasing. I had a very positive experience with Colonial. I began by using Chrysler's website to find the exact vehicle I was interested in and found it at Colonial. Chris Farias responded to my online pricing inqu by using Chrysler's website to find the exact vehicle I was interested in and found it at Colonial. Chris Farias responded to my online pricing inquiry. I told Chris what I wanted to spend and what I needed to get for my trade to make a deal work. We were in range, so we visited the dealership to view the car and get the trade appraised on Sunday 2/17. Chris spent almost 2 hours with us reviewing the features of the car and letting my wife test drive it. The value of my trade came back lower than I hoped, so we left without purchasing the vehicle that day. Chris stayed in touch via email, however, and on Wednesday 2/20 Michael Ballos called to see what it would take to close a deal; I told him and 20 minutes later he called back to say that it was acceptable. Chris then worked with me to complete the purchase. I did a wire transfer of funds on 2/21 and picked up the car on Friday 2/22. Chris met me at the door, and I completed the paperwork with Mike while the car was awaiting proof of insurance and registration. When the registration was completed, Chris spent about 1/2 hour with me reviewing the features of the car. Chris and the manager have already followed up by email to ensure that I was pleased. Overall, I rated them with all 5's because the entire process was very friendly and productive, and Chris always said he wanted to "earn our business". More
