Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

This was my 2nd car purchased from Chris Farias and Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc. I don't think there can be any higher compliment made than going back within a bit over a year to buy another car. Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge, Inc. There were some minor issues with scratches and paint chips; also a moderate scrape along the passenger side, rear panel. All were taken care of in a timely- and satisfactory manner. Another issue: after taking possesion of my Nissan Rogue, it was suggested that I drive 50-100 miles so that my SUV would pass inspection. ( It failed the 1st time as apparently the battery had been disconnected). I drove from Hudson, Ma to Hudson, NH with no problems but then went to the Solomon Pond Mall ( located in Marlboro, Ma) to do some shopping. When I came out of Macy's, the car battery was totally dead. I called Chris and he came to my assistance quickly. He "jumped" my SUV but allowed me to use a "loaner" until a new battery was put in. This took several days as it was a holiday week end but I was very happy with the "loaner" car- a Chrysler 200, model year 2011. It was such a fun car to drive!! Jerell was friendly and low pressure. He made sure I saw exactly the car I'd asked to see, and then, when I had concerns, looked for other cars that met my criteria.
