I had 5 Star experience at colonial from the second I walked in the door and was greeted by my salesmen Gary, he was polite and wasn't pushy at all. I didn't want to drive anything cause I had already dr walked in the door and was greeted by my salesmen Gary, he was polite and wasn't pushy at all. I didn't want to drive anything cause I had already driven a dart at a different dealership, I just wanted to talk about pricing and trade value. While the General Manager looked at my trade Gary brought up the dart that I was interested in and man I'm glad he did because Gary showed me a lot of things about the dart that I didn't know about because the salesmen I was working with at a different dealership didn't know half as much as Gary did about the car. Although they were willing to give me more money for my trade than the other dealer I decided to keep my trade and just purchase the Dart. Once Gary was done with the paper work Jay took over and managed to get me approved with a very low rate even though it was the first car loan I have had. Because I didn't trade anything in they had to get me new plates this took a few hrs so instead of having to wait around Gary offered to deliver the car to my house. He got the car inspected and a few hrs later my new Dart was in my driveway. I usually don't leave reviews but the guys down at Colonial made the deal so easy for me, they really earned it! More

After buying a Dodge Ram truck from Tony last year I decided to come back and talk to him about also possibly getting a pre-owned commuter car for myself. He took the time to understand my needs, do the research for me and search to find just the right vehicle. After several days he came back to me with a couple of options and I settled in and purchased just the right car. I've owned it for a week now and am very pleased with my decision and even more so with the price I paid for the vehicle. I consider the whole Colonial Dodge team family and plan to be back next year when my son starts driving for his car. More

Finance consultant Jay Bhatty was also knowleagable and polite. Overall I had an excellent experience at this dealership. I shopped at other dealers and evcen though most have a similar procedure Colonial was not pushy or demanding and counter offered fairly.
