Colonial Chrysler Jeep Dodge RAM

I have been coming to Colonial Jeep for about a year and half for service for my 2008 Jeep Liberty. While I was there recently I fell in love with a 2012 Jeep Liberty that was so beautifully displayed in t half for service for my 2008 Jeep Liberty. While I was there recently I fell in love with a 2012 Jeep Liberty that was so beautifully displayed in the showroom. I spoke briefly with Dave Engeland about its features and told him I would have to think about it. There was no pressure like other dealerships to buy on the spot, he didn't follow me out of the showroom asking all kinds of questions to keep me there. He just politely said ok come back anytime if you want to take a closer look. About 4 weeks went by and all I could think about was that new jeep. I went back and talked with Dave and I was able to drive a new 2012 Jeep Liberty off the lot the next day. This dealership is like no other. They are honest, attentive, and respect your concerns. I would most definately recommend them to anyone. I had the most pleasant time buy a new car from them. Will definately go there again. Thanks Colonial!!!! More

I had the pleasure of meeting Jerell at Colonial by accident. I went in and asked for two other associates that had high reviews but neither of them were there. Five minutes after meeting Jerell I was so happy I did. He was very pleasant and knowledable and low-keyed...which was exactly what I needed. I did not need anyone pushing me into sales, extras and/or anything else I did not want. I liked his approach too...before we looked at anything we sat and talked. My husband and I had done our homework for almost a year so we knew what we wanted, the ballpark we'd pay for it and where we'd go. I had a Dodge Caravan that I bought new 14 years ago. I loved everything about my Caravan but this time I wanted a Town & Country. We went over a list of must haves and likes and not necessaries...Jerell excused himself (such great manners which was a HUGE plus to us)and came back with a vehicle. It was the one we ended up buying. It had everything plus and was the exact color I wanted. It was perfect. Because we were there later on a Friday we had to go back the next day to finish paper work and then again on Monday for the registration and such but they took care of us nicely there. Jerell made sure we had a full tank of gas by the end of all the visits back and forth and with the price of gas that was a nice touch. He even showed our boys around all the "cool" trucks. I was one of those that would do anything to avoid car shopping but Jerell made it a nice experience...I'm serious! I know this review took a while to get but I wanted to make sure everything went smoothly and their word was true on everything and to date it has been. I LOVE my new T&C! We bought the car in August and it's now two months later. I would (and have) recommend this dealer to everyone. It was an hour away for us but worth the drive. I'm happy we did. If you're in the market for a vehicle check them out. They look small at a drive by and there's no fancy showroom but you get quality serive and a quality vehicle and that outwieghs the rest. Don't forger to ask for Jerell! We're happy customers. More

Excellent new car purchase experience!!! We had been to other Chrysler dealerships in this area. One dealership was very high pressure and tried to sell us what was on the lot even though color and feature other Chrysler dealerships in this area. Colonial Chrysler had the perfect mix! Jerell listened to what we wanted and offered several options. We were able to test drive the exact vehicle we wanted with exception to color, Jerell searched and found the color and all features we asked for. I was blown away when they right off the top gave me the lowest price then all the other dealers and then were looking for more rebates to give us. We also knew what features we wanted and they drove all the way to New York to pick up the Jeep we wanted. They could have just tried to sell us a vehicle already on the lot. The financing of the Jeep went smooth too. He listened to our needs and really worked with us to meet our needs. I will probably never buy from another dealer again!!! More

After I voiced my preferred contact method to be email the phone calls were very limited and we were able to work over email to iron down a price and schedule the final sale / transaction. My first visit to the dealership was great, was immediately greeted, found the sales person I was speaking to over email, we were able to discuss the car, take the car for a drive and after agreeing on a price was able to purchase the car about a week later. Overall my dealings with this dealership were great. I've purchased about 8 new and used cars over the past 10 years and this has to be one of the smoothest, painless transactions I've had.
