I ended up at Colonial Dodge because the exact car I was looking for turned up there. To say that this was the most painless vehicle purchase I've made is an understatement. Gary Innamorati was the salesper looking for turned up there. To say that this was the most painless vehicle purchase I've made is an understatement. Gary Innamorati was the salesperson I dealt with, and he was outstanding throughout the experience. He certainly went out of his way to make sure that everything went well with the purchase of the car, answered all of my questions before, during, and after the sale as well. From test drive to walking out the door with my new car, the whole process only took two days total to complete; one day to test drive the car and fill out paperwork, the second day to finalize the deal and fill out the remaining paperwork. I'm sure it all could've been done in one day, but the car I was purchasing was just traded in the night before I came to look at it and the title hadn't been reassigned to Colonial yet. This was in no way their fault. Jay Bhatty was very helpful and honest during that second day with explaining everything I was signing, as well as additional options I could buy from the dealer such as a warranty, gap insurance etc. I'd like to stress the fact that these were in fact options, and I never felt pressured into taking any of them. In fact, I felt no pressure whatsoever throughout the entire process from Gary or Jay. Though I'm not from the area (I came up from Long Island, New York due to the fact that the specific car I was looking for was very hard to find in excellent condition and with a manual transmission) I would without a doubt recommend this dealer to anyone who is anywhere near them. They definitely went out of their way to make sure that the process would be smooth and without issue, and that's exactly how it went. More
