This was my second purchase @ Colonial and with Chris Farias. I presented Chris and his team with my expectations and a not-so-easy trade deal and they were able to make it happen. Overall my entire transaction was smooth...the finance portion was a little rough only because the warranty options were pricier than I had anticipated and caused me to have to re-evaluate things a bit. But this was no reflection on the Colonial team and overall I'm more than satisfied with my vehicle, coverage, and the entire experience. Chris even went so far as to call me a week after the sale to ensure I was still satisfied, to check on an accessory installation they had arranged after purchase, and to thank me again for choosing Colonial. I'd shop here again for a vehicle and would recommend them to friends and family. More

I purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee and when I got home noticed that the privacy shade in the rear cargo area was torn. I called David Egeland and he advised me to bring it back and they would replace it. noticed that the privacy shade in the rear cargo area was torn.
