This was our second new car purchase at Colonial. We had such a great experience buying a new minivan 4 years ago. It is unlike any other car buying experience in every way. We quite simply got the best car for the money we wanted to pay. There was no pressure, and we were treated with respect throughout the entire process. Most important, Dave really listens and considers different options based on what you are looking for and how you are feeling.I cannot say enough about him. He is there for you after you take delivery of the vehicle, too. He was excited to show me all the options the new van had and took the time to be sure all my questions were answered. We have just purchased our 4th vehicle from Colonial Dodge-Chrysler-Jeep and as in the past there was no need to look elsewhere. No high pressure sales and Jerell strives to put you in a vehicle that you want and at a price you can afford. If you have the oppotunity to sit with Jay while doing your financing one quickly realizes that he takes a personal interest in you and makes you feel very relaxed and comfortable during the paperwork process. Jay and Jerell along with the entire staff take the time to say Hi each time you enter the dealership. Other dealerships are too busy trying to "make that sale" and leaves Customer Service something to be desired. As the consumer we all know how far exceptional Customer Service goes.
