This happens to be the six month mark after purchasing my first jeep (see Jan review) I had promised a follow up review - and nothing speaks better about how this dealership works than saying I just wrapped first jeep (see Jan review) I had promised a follow up review - and nothing speaks better about how this dealership works than saying I just wrapped up the purchase of my second vehicle - in this case a 2007 GC for my kids. As I've commented before and seen somewhat reflected in other postings here, this dealership is absolutely worth a visit (or call). Mike and Chris knew my search criteria and quickly located a real good fit. No hard sell, no balloons or million dollar waiting rooms to swallow me whole. Just a perfect-sized dealer with plenty of inventory, dare I call it "small-town" attitude and pace that I appreciate when facing another expense this size. Delivery was on time (I had a very short window to acquire this car), Jay the finance guru was very helpful evaluating loan options - I am very satisfied that he got me the best rate available and within my limits. Again, while there its not difficult to overhear conversations between the reps and other buyers - either on the phone or on site, and appreciate the pace they offer a buyer like me. I've been to enough other dealerships and all have gone the route of overbuild and oversell. My comment to that is despite the fact they do have a business to run, they run it very well and I did not get run over. I'd suggest anyone looking for a Jeep within reasonable driving range, call them and judge for yourselves. Either start with them, or call them after visiting an automile near you. I am fairly confident they will sell themselves. Chris who sold me both my cars is well versed in all his product lines, and I'd be pleased to recommend him and Colonial to anyone. More
