We've bought several new cars in the past and Eddie is definitely not your typical salesmen, he genuinely cares about getting you into the vehicle you want and makes sure you are happy, even after the sale is complete. We had to return to the dealer a few days later and Eddie greeted us and still took the time to answer any questions and make sure we were happy with our new car. We had been car shopping for a few weeks and was unimpressed by the dealerships. Not the cars, but the dealerships themselves (Toyota, GMC and Chevy). I stopped by Colonial Dodge on a Tuesday expecting to just check out the Rams. Eddie Bhatty approached me and asked me what I was looking for. Within 50 minutes, Eddie had narrowed my search down to 1 truck. Not only did he help us find the truck that worked for us--ammenities and price-- but he also worked with us on some after market items that we really wanted. Neither Eddie nor the manager pressured us or made us feel uncomfortable in any way. We have bought half a dozen new cars in our life, and working with Eddie was by far the best experience yet. He was knowledgable, personable and kind. I trusted him right away. He worked well with us and our two young children. The Ram brought is to Colonial Dodge, but Eddie sold us on the dealership. So much so that I told him I would consider buying a new Dodge when our other cars goes just for the opportunity to work with him again.
