I vistied Colonial because they were the only dealership in the area to have the R/T trim Durango that I wanted. I live an hour area and it was worth the trip. When I picked up my truck, a fog light was out. The sales manager came out got on the ground in his dress clothes to take care of the plug that had popped out. A couple of days later, Chris called me to tell me that because I had owned a Dodge in the past, I was getting a $750 owner loyatly rebate, even though I traded in a Subaru! As soon as I walked in, they treated me with respect as a consumer and a person. This was really important to me as I had visited 2 Dodge Dealerships that simply did not care to treat me like a person or consumer. The entire transaction was a great experience, never once did Eddie try to pressure me or push into a decision. The vehicle I wanted they did not have in-stock and they got one for me but it did not meet my expectations, so I declined it. At that point I thought for sure they were going to convince me to take that one, but to my surprise they found another one exactly the way I wanted it. I can still remember Mike the Manager saying to me "I want you to feel comfortable with the car, if you don't like it we will find another one". That really impressed me, I knew right then I was buying from the right place. The entire team there is upbeat and polite. Any questions on the vehicle, financing, on my trade, they answered. I can't think of one thing they didn't do for me. They took care of everything. If you are looking for a no hassle, pleasant buying experience, do yourself a favor and visit them. First of all, everyone greeted me with a smile and a handshake. I couldn't stand unattended for 2 minutes without someone asking me if I needed help. A very professional and friendly staff. When I was initially invited to take the vehicle for a test drive, Eddie asked what time I would show up so they could have the vehicle ready to go....AND IT WAS!!!! The vehicle was ready to go when I got there. Right in the front row of the lot, no waiting around while they dug it out from behind other cars. Both Eddie and Michael worked to get me into a vehicle I would be excited to own and at price I was comfortable with. The sales process was professional and painless. Throughout the sales process Eddie and Michael stayed in touch with me. They called me when they said they would and didn't make any promises they couldn't keep. They handled getting all the paperwork to my bank. All I had to do was sign a few papers and hand them the check. The vehicle was absolutely spotless when I went to pick it up.
