This was as ideal as a truck purchase can be without it being free. I called ahead to inform David of my needs because of my tight schedule and a necessity to replace a non-working vehicle quickly. When I arrived at the dealership, David had taken my requirements to identify a vehicle that fit every one of my requests with several of the nice-to-haves that I mentioned. After a test drive and detailed explanation, it turned out to be the only test-drive I needed. When my ability to afford the price came up, David identified an alternative plan B which would also meet my needs although it was from a different dealership. Finally, to make it all possible, Jay from finance spent significant time and was willing to stretch as much as I to make it possible to drive the truck away today, less than 24 hours from when I came in - feeling like I got a fair deal and wanting to return. Thank you Colonial Dodge, and David and Jay for your help right up until I left the lot in my new RAM. I'll be back! More
