I initially came in to have my car serviced after it broke down on the road.It had to to be towed to Colonial.While I was waiting for diagnose of the vehicle. Chris,the salesman, was very patient, not pushy which I hate, letting me drive a variety of cars. I finally settled on the Jeep Liberty Jet that Chris suggested I try. After doing the dealing aspect of it I was too tired to do the financing, soI told him I'd be back Mon. On Mon. I needed to start a new medication for an infection I had, so took it at the dealership with water Chris supplied me. After about 10 minutes I started to have an allergic reaction to the med and became very sick, having a hard time talking and breathing. They let my husband use the Jeep to take me to the Doctor's office just downtown and they rushed me to the hospital after giving me a drug to help me. I was there for 4 hours, released and we went back to the dealership. Everyone was very kind to me and was quite concerned about my issue. After going through a few scenarios with the Jay about warranties as he was trying to help me get down to a monthly payment of around $150.He got me to $154. Chris then showed us how to use the car and did a great job doing it. Unfortuneately at that time I was a little under the influence of the drug and the next morning needed to go back to Chris,the manager, to ask him to explain the 2 forms, the contract and Citizen's Bank form as I was confused about some figures. He very carefully took me through the forms until I understood them. He also printed out a gift form I needed to bring to the registry for the Ford and filled it out for me as well as another form I needed for the title to the Ford. All in all, despite my medical problem, I had a very good experience at the dealership and will recommend it to my friends. I didn't understand that they were doing the registraion for me, but that doesn't mean they didn't tell me.I was a tad out of it. More

Overall experience- We had a deal worked before I even left my home, Chris and the dealership held up their end and the vehicle was as they described. Price- These guys seem to specialize in quality rather than quantity and with that price is not as flexable. However, Chris managed to work me a pretty ok deal in the end. More
