After being recommended to see Leon, it was obvious as to why he holds so many awards as a car sales representative. I started with this cloud dream of wanting a Jeep Grand Cherokee, but my reality quickly pushed me off that cloud. While I still wanted something a bit spacious than my current car, my wants didn't seem to match up with my finance cap. Leon worked with me and never ghosted me even though every car I reached out to him about was deemed not exactly what I wanted. He kept in touch with me throughout the entire process. He showed me a Pacifica, and while it was the space I was looking for, I'm not a van person. He never looked at me and replied in any negative tone regarding my pickiness. He said, ok, let's keep looking. He decided to show me a 2019 Jeep Cherokee. While the size is comparable to my car, it is slightly bigger for the trunk space. With its low milage it gave me positive peace of mind! Going back and forth on the decision to move forward was turning butterflies in my stomach. But Leon never once pushed and haggled me. He waited and made sure I was comfortable with the decision. Even telling me that we could keep looking if I'm not ready to make the jump. After some hair removal from my head, phone calls to get some opinions, I finally decided to go forward with the Jeep. Leon and Steve in finance helped me stay within my cap max payments. They worked hard to keep my monthly payment close to what i wanted to pay and found me a great rate as opposed to a high rate that alot of other places quoted me. Steve also got ky financing to stay with the bank im with now! Steve and Leon made the whole entire process easy, comfortable and I left smiling instead of worrying about what I had just done. Leon is an amazing salesman, Steve is an amazing finance person and Colonial CJDR is a wonderful dealership to work with their customers!
