We went expecting not much - Colonial just had the exact car on their used lot that we were looking for. Well, we have spend many hours with kids at dealers in the Worcester area over the years - this was f car on their used lot that we were looking for. Craig kept moving things along, explaining whatever we asked and had amazing patience with our 6-year old. In short nothing but kind and helpful. And yes - just for the record, it is possible to find the keys to the car that is blocking the way and to the one you am want to test drive in under 5 minutes!!! More
