"Scamming senior citizens"

My father went for a oil change and tire rotation and was told he needed a whole brake job including rotors and pads. They quoted him over 800 dollars. He then took it to an independent trustworthy garage that we use regularly. To our surprise all it needed was brake pads. Shame on you Colonial for trying to scam a senior citizen on a fixed income. I have purchased and serviced my former jeeps there and I will never purchase another car there ever. That is another story for another review. We will not be returning for service there in the future. I am not sure who my father worked with for a service advisor but it does not matter.

"So good it’s Colonial good!"

I recently bought my third car from Colonial and I have never serviced my vehicles anywhere but Colonial. I do a lot of miles for work, and I drive everywhere knowing without the shadow of a doubt that I do not have to worry about my vehicle. Colonial takes pride in your car as it is the showcase of their professionalism. The sales staff have always helped me pick the perfect fit, and the service department always makes quality informed decisions about maintenance. They have been there for me even when the surprise pot-holes hit you late at night...I do highly recommend this dealership because they know me, they value my time and save me money by offering quality guidance.

Service manager Dan Burke went above and beyond to resolve the problems I had with my Town and Country. He and the staff at the Colonial Dodge, Inc in Hudson truely cared about their customers. They exemplified honesty and integrity when interacting with their customers. Chrysler should be very proud of the service of Colonial Dodge.

"Went in for routine maintenance and returned with a problem"

I brought my mini van to have a tire rotation and balance along with a front end alignment and oil change as specified by manufacturer. My vehicle was returned later that day (Friday). All weekend long, my driver side front wheel was making an awful grinding noise and squealing. Called Monday and brought my vehicle back. Cause was the wheel weights they put on were too large and was rubbing on other components. They had to re-balance my tire. I left two messages asking why I paid $79.99 for this service when the weights were not the right ones and the tire was not balanced. Never received a call back. I would not recommend their service department.

I wanted to buy out my leased RAM and stopped in to and talked with Tim Cronin. Even though I didn't lease the truck through Colonial, Tim was more than willing to work with me. He explained the process, verified the payout numbers, worked with the leasing company and my insurance company, did all of the paperwork, and even got me my new plates! The process couldn't have been any easier for me. Great customer experience. Thanks Tim! Dean

"Poor service"

I purchased a 2011 Kia Optima from this dealer, sales was fantastic, however the service department has been xxxxxxx me around. Owned the car for a little over a month now, it's been in the shop 3 times, second time they fixed a few things, and my problems are still going on. It's going back AGAIN. I do not recommend the service department at all.

"Horrible Service Experience"

I won't go into details, but I had a warranty repair done on my 2012 Jeep Liberty, it has been back 5 times, the first diagnosis being incorrect. I ended up with a FULL engine replacement and had to arrange rides to work and rental vehicles. After the engine was replaced, my check engine light came on and I was back yet again. I also have paid over 200 dollars out of pocket for items no covered through the power train. The service department ensured me that the rentals were covered every time. I just received my bill from my credit card showing a charge from enterprise because Colonial stated they only covered up to 5 days. Correct me if I am wrong, if the job takes longer than 5 days, shouldn't they still be responsible for covering the rental? Never mind the fact that none of this was ever disclosed to me, ever. I love Jeep and had great experiences with my 05 Liberty hence why I bought a 2012 Liberty. I will NEVER buy a Chrysler again and definitely not from this Dealership.
