I called on a Tuesday and they asked if Thursday worked for me. I said this week and they said yes. I ended up dropping it off on Tuesday night and they got it in on Wednesday so they could seek approval f for me. I said this week and they said yes. They had it back to me on the following Monday even though they had to order door seals. They had all of the other work done on Friday. I let the others in my company know about the fantastic service as we have several other Ford vans. More

i do want to visit an actual Lincoln dealer for service, just to see if I get whacked with 2 $100 deductibles in as many weeks. I don't recall paying these when Sentry Lincoln was open in Westboro.
