Overpriced The work I needed done was covered by warranty, but I was told "the mechanic was not willing to do it for that price". Shop great service Dept poor I have had great repair service and go there because of Dakar. I can’t understand why when I drop the car off and write a detailed description I have had great repair service and go there because of Dakar. I can’t understand why when I drop the car off and write a detailed description of what need to be done I get a phone call at 8 am . I am asked why the car is there and give the EXZACT same description . I work the midnight shift and by 8 am I’m asleep so I get woken up . It seems like the service writers could use some more training or supervision. More

Worse Customer Service ever seen I left my truck there to be serviced At 7am and i called them around 1pm to find out the status of it and they told me the truck wasn’t on the lift ye I left my truck there to be serviced At 7am and i called them around 1pm to find out the status of it and they told me the truck wasn’t on the lift yet. By the end of the day nobody called to let me know if the truck was ready or not. Second day they told me in the afternoon that they had to order some parts to fix the truck and the truck was at their shop from Thursday to Tuesday afternoon to have the brakes serviced. Unbelievable More
