Painless!! Bought my 2018 F150 here so brought it in for its first oil change, WHICH WAS FREE!!. At the end of the day I dropped it off, there as NO solution to the original complaint. In the end they replaced the spark plugs/boots seemingly to appease me, but the engine ran worse less than a day later. Very upset and disappointed.
