I have two Ford automobiles a 2012 Fusion Sport and a 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang both I purchased at Colonial Ford. I get all of my service done by them and have never had a bad experience with any of th 2014 Roush Stage 3 Mustang both I purchased at Colonial Ford. I get all of my service done by them and have never had a bad experience with any of the sales or service staff. Today I took the Fusion in for routine service. My service adviser was Fred Defero Although my appointment was for routine service Fred took the time to ask additional questions about the car and its performance, there were no issues but I did have some questions regarding the service lights, tire pressure and engine service and how to reset them, Fred was more than happy to explain the reset procedure with me. My Technician was Peter LaGruta I got more of the same from Peter who took the time to discuss the condition of the breaks with me, I had asked to have them well checked over. Peter told me that the breaks had plenty of pad and that the rotors were in great shape. In my past experience with other shops that question would have been an open invitation to perform maintenance that was completely unnecessary. I took my car in for service on a check engine light. Once they diagnosed the problem, they came in and told me that it was going to be four hours to fix and offered to shuttle me wherever I wanted to go Once they diagnosed the problem, they came in and told me that it was going to be four hours to fix and offered to shuttle me wherever I wanted to go. There was a blizzard coming in that afternoon and they also promised to have me out before it got bad. They kept their promises and did a great job on the repairs, all at a very reasonable price!
