I don’t have time to write reviews. I don’t like to be negative, but they deserve a bad review. Colonial Ford’s service department contacted us and asked us if they could do our warr I don’t like to be negative, but they deserve a bad review. Colonial Ford’s service department contacted us and asked us if they could do our warranty work. 2020 Ford Explorer xx rear view camera and cat converter recalls. They said they have the parts and it’s all done in one day. Day 1 Dropped off car as requested, 830am. They said they would call us around 4. No call. Called back several times, 530 we got them on phone. Service advisor gone, tek gone, car not done, we will call in am. Day 2 No call am. After we called them several times they report to us the following; Car entered work bay at 130, not 830. The cat converter was not started, we think we have parts for it. Cat converter is a visual inspection, Ford says it’s a replacement. Blue screen part is in. Yet at 10 am on day 2 they hadn’t started the car early. Reason for that is tek is due in around 930. We went in and picked up the car. The free work they did to stop the squeaky window not done. Bottom line Colonial Ford Service Dept is 2nd rate and not worth Ford having as a dealer, imo. When they call you 6 times to bring in the car in and do them a favor to fill their service dept, it’s all about them. In this case, they got what they wanted, our car and about $2500 in billing to Ford. In this case we got the run around and witnessed a bunch of people who couldn’t find a common sentence amongst themselves to tell us what’s going on. Poor service, no communication and no respect for the customer. Goodbye Colonial, Hello Jannell Ford. More
I went in to inquire about a car listed on the website. Joe Olivera was the Sales person I worked with and he was excellent. He was very friendly, easy to talk to and thorough in explaining the details o Joe Olivera was the Sales person I worked with and he was excellent. Once the car was purchased, Joe helped me to link my phone and was patient as I asked him to explain again some of the options to me. I was very much at ease and happy with the experience of buying a car from Colonial Ford. More

My service was incredible by the end! They really took care of me and my vehicle. Once Kyle took over my claim (apparently) things went smoothly. He went to bat for me with the warranty company and got the job done to the upmost quality. For this I would highly recommend colonial ford. The work was done well and the issues all seemed to be fixed. For this I am very grateful and again was a job well done by Kyle and whichever mechanic was given the task. The low portion of the service for me was the communication!! My truck was there for 7 weeks and 2 days and I NEVER received a phone call until the day it was ready F- A simple 30 second phone call to let me know they were waiting on parts and or whatever would have gone a long way. Everyone at work kept asking me what the deal was and all I could do is shrug. I was granted a rental however I bought an F150 because I like them a lot. Overall, as a whole when they took care of me and the issues I was happy but no communication was lazy and really pathetic in the customer service world. I would love a phone call if anyone wants to discuss this further! 603-817-1182 Once Kyle went through the list of what he was able to fix I was very happy and please however the communication factor was a total bummer.
