I brought my truck to colonial ford because it wasn't running rite. I did not have an appointment they fit me rite in that day. Radio/GPS computer went bad. Fred and Peter found an APIM module inop, but due to our schedule, we did not have the time to get the problem fixed. We are often at Colonial Ford as we have 4 Fords in our family (at one time, we had 6 !!). I am always greeted by name and assisted quickly. I was fortunate to work nearby and the van would drive me to w family (at one time, we had 6 !!). I am always greeted by name and assisted quickly.
