Colonial Ford needs to work on their service department . Every six months I seems to get a new service adviser because they all seem to just leave. Just over the past three years I have had over six advisors who have left. I brought my truck in early at 8am for an oil change and sticker and it took 2.5 hours with no explanation, no one came out to the waiting area to keep me updated on how my truck was doing or why the delay. Also when you try and call for an appointment no one answers from service. When you call back the operator just puts you through to a machine. More
