Excellent Service Our vehicle needed a new transmission and fortunately for us was still under manufacturer warranty. We were told it would take 2 weeks to weeks to fix Our vehicle needed a new transmission and fortunately for us was still under manufacturer warranty. We were told it would take 2 weeks to weeks to fix. They made arrangements for us to receive a rental vehicle which Mitsubishi paid for. Our vehicle was ready before the estimated date. In addition, there were 2 recalls that we were unaware of and they were fixed as well. I'd like to add that we did not purchase this vehicle at Colonial but we were treated as if we had dealt with them for years. There is no question that future vehicle purchases and repairs will be done here. More

30000-mile maintenance on Mazda CX-5 I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for my scheduled 30,000-mile maintenance (and to fix a slow leak in a tire). Routine maintenance included oil change, tire I brought my Mazda CX-5 in for my scheduled 30,000-mile maintenance (and to fix a slow leak in a tire). Routine maintenance included oil change, tire rotation, and replace cabin air filter. As usual, customer service was exceptional! Techs also fixed the slow leak in a tire, free overall inspection, and car wash! I was in and out in under an hour, which I really appreciate since I live about 1 1/2 hours away. Colonial Mazda has always given me top-notch service! More
