I had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Adam Dean at Colonial Mazda of Danbury. From start to finish, he was an absolute pleasure to work with and so incredibly patient throughout the entire process. Unlike the typical “pushy” car salesman experience, Adam never made me feel pressured at any point. He gave me the space to think, answered every question thoroughly, and genuinely wanted me to feel confident in my decision rather than rushed into one. He walked me through every single step and made sure I understood everything along the way. What truly stood out was that he even sat with me in my new car and went over every button and feature before I drove away, something I have never experienced in my car purchasing journey. He took the time to make sure I felt completely comfortable with my new ride, which I really appreciated! It’s no surprise that he’s so highly rated — he truly cares about his customers and goes above and beyond. If you’re looking for a new car, I highly recommend going to Adam. You won’t regret it! More
