I went in for a AC service and i ended up switching my lease Good bye pathfinder, wellcome Rogue Sport with all the options! Maged and Dennis Morin where very helpful. I took the car on the same day. I was there to have an AC service and i came out with a New Rogue Sport i got there at 8am. By 11:20pm in was driving the new car out the lot. More

Incorrect Diagnosis of the Problem - Tried to Overcharge Me My four year old Juke with less than 25,000 miles on it wouldn't move when I turned it on so I planned on getting it to the dealership closest to wher My four year old Juke with less than 25,000 miles on it wouldn't move when I turned it on so I planned on getting it to the dealership closest to where I live to get it checked out. I brought it here on a Friday afternoon and they claimed they would check it out and call me the next morning with an update. It was only after I called them after 2pm on Saturday that I got a call back telling me it would cost $960 to replace all my brake pads and rotors. They claimed the rotors were too corroded and warped to even resurface them. After calling around I realized that even if this was the case, the price tag was way higher than what I could pay elsewhere so I decided to take my car back and pay them the $120 for checking it out. When I showed up on Monday to get my car first thing in the morning, they claimed it was still up on the lift with no tires on and they'd need 10 minutes to get everything ready. My boyfriend and I asked that they come get us from their waiting area when the car was all set, but over a half hour later we were still sitting there. It was only because my boyfriend went to get something from his own car in the parking lot that he saw my car was sitting there ready to go, but no one came to tell us. After all that, I ended up only having to replace the front brake pads and now my car is running perfectly - there are no problems with my rotors at all. The brake pads cost me $40 not nearly the $1000 that the dealership said I would have to pay. This place is a scam. They thought they could take advantage of me because I am a young female and I will never take my car here again and will warn others to stay away. More

I had a few services done to my car at this location which have turned out to be fair enough except for an issue after purchasing a remote starter. Certainly only 13 months after the installation date and one of my key remote controls couldn't work even though i hadn't use it much as my main control. However, I contacted them to notify them about the issue and also to find out if I could bring in the car to them so they could check it out but unfurtunately they simply told me to wait until someone from the dealer contact me which they never followed through. It would be appreciated if they did not only focus on selling! More

He speaks softly, never raising his voice, whether it be with his employees or when customers are there waiting to speak with him. I also would like to commend Anthony, who I purchased my car from. He is also a very kind and caring person, When I call to speak to anyone there at Nissan, they are all the most caring, understanding and knowledgeable people I have gotten the pleasure of meeting.
