Went into service for a problem had my mechanic look at the nissan that I was driving after 4 time he couldn't fix it I went to colonial nissan and I spoke to Jim and he said to leave the vehicle and have the nissan that I was driving after 4 time he couldn't fix it I went to colonial nissan and I spoke to Jim and he said to leave the vehicle and have it diagnosed He called me with a estimate I told if was going to fix my car to fix it Jim called when it was done and I came to pick up my Vehicle and he explained what was done and it was cheaper than expected and I have no had any problem since I pick up my car I will only go back to colonial because I am very happy with the service I received I will be looking for a new car soon and Jim told me when I was ready to let him know and he will introduce me to somebody in sales Thank You you guys are awesome More

My situation was quite sad with a failed transmission on a 2008 model! Hoestly I did have second thoughts about Nissan and was ready to swith to a nother japanese model , however Jim and Ken in Particular , save the day for me and helped me gain or regain confidence in NISSAN.
