What a waste. The manager was wearing a North Face sweatshirt & jeans. Talk about unprofessional wanted to go thousands under KBB value for my trade in. I said if they couldn’t offer me more, at least sweatshirt & jeans. Talk about unprofessional wanted to go thousands under KBB value for my trade in. My husband drove 5 towns over for our grand Cherokee, right past Dartmouth. This is why. Terrible terrible service. What a shame since Lacey was wonderful prior to arriving. More

Make sure you know the trade in value of you vehicle, otherwise they will come in so low you will be embarrassed for them when they give you their value. Buyer Beware. Two times I have been to this dealership to buy a Ram truck. Two times the sales department let me walk out without even showing me a vehicle. My experience with Colonial South and Joe Zekus was a prime example of great customer service. He answered all my questions and issues.
