Its not that the first one wasn't a great car its just that 2014 Dodge Dart is the top of the GT. Absolutely Beautiful car. Loaded with everything. LOVE IT !!! Brandon was excellent in Sales and George was simply a wizard to get me the deal that he did. With No money down and only making 14 payments on the First Dodge Dart SXT, George lowered my monthly payments by $30. He lowered my interest rate by a whopping 7%. In a Word, Impressive !! Brandon and George thank you so much. Sheer Excellence. I would also like to thank Paul Sutherland and his wonderful team in the Service department. Paul is the kind of guy you would want as a good friend. Great guy he is. He always makes you feel like your the only customer. He is friendly, courteous, and professional. It was easily the best, most headache-free experience I've ever had buying a car. Derek, the salesman, was extremely helpful in helping me figure out what I wanted without ever making me feeling like I've ever had buying a car. Even after taking a considerable amount of his time & going on several test drives, I never felt as if he was trying to push any vehicle that I truly was not interested in just to make a sale. When it was time to negotiate price, Mark, the general manager, was very straight forward. I told him where my price range was, and he got us there with the vehicle I wanted (one that I honestly thought was going to be out of my price range), without the usual haggling to try to get more out me than I wanted to spend. Overall, I will definetly recommend this dealership to others, and will most deflinetly work with them again when the time comes for a new vehicle. More

"example" empire Hyundai" the closer i got to the exit, the faster the price dropped!....but I was surprised by the difference in the sales Technics of Colonial South Jeep Dodge of Dartmouth, none of that pushy attitude, the prices are very reasonable, the sales staff are very knowledgeable, patient and strait to the point....none of that.."what can you afford a month attitude"..lets face it, We know what we can afford and what we want to pay! That is the costumers business, not the dealer's. I was a former car salesman myself, so i know what makes a costumer happy.... And I can truly say, I left with my new car...HAPPY. Went to trade our Ford truck for a Dodge with lower payments. Day 1 we were shown an old dodge that had clearly been in an accident as the drivers side door was unable to be closed. Then we were told the price of a newer used vehicle, took it for a test drive and when we got back the price increased 5,000$. Finally we settled on a new truck, negotiated our trade and the price of the truck, went home to make our decision. The next day my husband got the payments down another $10 a month. Over the following few days our sales consultant or the general manager was out, although we called and stopped in a couple times to try to finish the deal, we didn't want to start over with someone else. Today we were ready to buy. The finance manager comes out, takes $3k off our trade, inflates the price of the new truck and tells us they cannot honor any price we may or may not have been given last week (despite even our sales consultant attesting to the price we were given.) Waste of time and effort! These people are manipulative and if you read the reviews of the other sales guys, I kind of even wonder if those were made up! Stay clear of this dealer! (I rated quality of work poorly since they didn't even notice one of their trucks doors wouldn't actually close) More
