This establishment cut the hanger off of my exhaust and welded it to the side of my car, when I went in to have a recall fixed. The service manager, Dan is of NO HELP WHATSOEVER in fixing the matter. He is a liar, who does not take responsibility for the terrible actions of his department. My car will never be the same again because of this place. I would give it negative stars if I could. Attentive service! I went in for an oil change and new cabin filter. The tech confirmed the need for a new cabin filter (it was filthy!!) and mentioned wear on my tires I went in for an oil change and new cabin filter. Wife at work, can't get key out of ignition!!! It was 8:15 Fri Oct 9,2015 my wife calls on the cell can't get the keys out of the ignition, there's a dealer across the street from where she works. I pull up to Colonial walk inside, kind of in panic mode, I talk to Marty Sines, immediately he goes out to the Jeep to resolve the problem. Minute later analysis bent key, fixes it. No worries, no wait and this was something that just happened.. Customer Service exceeds all that I have experienced in the past with other places. Bad service and oil change again!! All I can say is Colonial Dodge in Dartmouth is a joke. How do I sit there for 3hrs waiting for my car to be serviced and they do an oil change or All I can say is Colonial Dodge in Dartmouth is a joke. How do I sit there for 3hrs waiting for my car to be serviced and they do an oil change or supposedly do an oil change and they don't even top off the fluids not the first time that it has happened last time they forgot to reset the computer 1,000 miles later my change oil light came on. xxxx if they are xxxxing up on an oil change what else aren't they doing right. Also same place that I went to find the issue with my car and they had an open invoice for a month but couldn't be bothered to jot down everytime I came in so it looks like I only came in once even though I had been there 5 times and wasted 15hrs in a month. Having a terrible experience with Central Jeep in Raynham, (I had my Jeep towed there and they wouldn't even look at it!) Colonial in Dartmouth was willing to help me out with my Wrangler. {Re-towed Raynham, (I had my Jeep towed there and they wouldn't even look at it!) Colonial in Dartmouth was willing to help me out with my Wrangler. {Re-towed from Central to Colonial) The service dept. took me in immediately. They were so courteous and prompt, I felt like I was the only customer there. While I was waiting for my Wrangler I asked salesman Derek Harris about a newer Wrangler that was on the lot. He was helpful and goes out of his way for the customer with no pressure. Being in a love/hate with my current jeep I walked away. General manager , Mark Babineau called me at home Sunday evening as a follow up and wanted to be sure my experience at Colonial was up to par. After a long conversation he put me in a new 2014 and is keeping me as Colonial customer. Derek took care of the delivery and it was a good car buying experience. Randy from Acushnet More

EVERY time I take my Jeep in for service everyone is always friendly and very helpful. Especially Paul Sutherland. He makes sure I am in and out in no time. He lets me know what will be happening with my car and keeps me up dated until its done and ready for pick up. And its ALWAYS ready when he says it will and ALWAYS done right the first time :) My Jeep Liberty is in good hands :) and this makes me feel safer on the road. THANK YOU Colonial South ! I have to say I am happy with the service there. After spending a lot of money at another Jeep dealer and not getting the results I was looking for, it was a great feeling to be able to get the job done r spending a lot of money at another Jeep dealer and not getting the results I was looking for, it was a great feeling to be able to get the job done right and to be treated the way way a customer should.
