He even came in on his day off to close the sale. When we berated him for not telling us it was his day off he said, "Hey, I made two new friends for life." We feel as though we have made a friend, too. We were happy with all facets of the interface; Michael Britland did a fantastic job of reviewing all features and benefits, and Justin Glein handled finances very thoroughly and professionally.
