I went to Colonial Subaru on a recent Friday morning with a friend who had previously purchased a Subaru from this dealer. We expected to look at a few different dealers and a several different models on tha a friend who had previously purchased a Subaru from this dealer. However after we met David Johnson in the sales lot and after a test drive, many questions answered and some negotiations I drove away that afternoon in a new Subaru Crosstrek. Throughout the process David "DJ" Johnson was not only professional but very courteous and reasonable in our negotiations. Also I must mention that the Finance Manager Judstin Gleim was very helpful in getting the financing in order and the paperwork done quickly. I really needed to get a new car though I did not look forward to what I thought would be an ordeal. We saw a a 2010 Subaru Forester online and went in to look at it. Rick showed us the one we wanted to see plus the 2011 that we ended up buying along with new ones. We were comfortable all the way through the sale. I'll be on the market for another car next year and will probably buy another one from Rick and Colonial. Do not listen to sales people when they promise you something (or everything). They lie. If they promise you oil changes, it means only first oil change is covered.
