I visit Subaru service located in Feasterville basically due to Mike Graham who is one of the Subaru Service Consultants. I recently purchased my first Subaru from Colonial. After going to three other dealers, I stopped in to check out a car that caught my attention while driving by. This was my first visit to this dealership and I was not disappointed. We were lucky to walk in the door and be immediately greeted by who turned out to be our salesman Shawn Koegler. He was patient with all my questions and did not pressure us into any decision. We discussed our concerns of what we thought needed to be done to the car before we agreed to purchase it. Shawn assured us that all items we mentioned would be taken care of. Upon agreeing to purchase the car Shawn explained each step and made the process a pleasant one. We have owned quite a few Outback’s & Forester's in the past. Yes, we are a Loyal Subaru Family. A member of the service dept. suggested we request Shawn Keogler when purchasing our next car. Dealing with Shawn proved to be a rewarding experience. Shawn knows his inventory and directed us to the New Outback even though our ambition was to purchase another Forester.
