When it's comes to the service...they trying to offer so much service for 7K miles car. Also, the service department manager Larry is not friendly and flexible. My suggestion to future buyers: If you can pay 4K-5K more, please consider high end cars such as BMW, Mercedes, they have a complimentary oil change, car inspection, breaks and much more up to 40K miles. Also, valet service for free, if you are busy person. In 4 years, difference in price will be paid off. More

My transmission was replaced with no hassle and everything was explained to me where I could understand. I'm a service advisor myself and Dennis, my advisor, gave me great service. Even the technician was friendly to me when leaving, showed me where my car was in the lot and even told me he cleaned it up for me. I left colonial with out a worry. More

Wow was I impressed!! My son came home from Air Force Basic and bought a used Subaru Impreza from another dealer. 20 days later the clutch went and the dealer disavowed themselves with lots of legalize. I had the clutch repaired and found that the car would not start. all seemed good but not a thing when the key was turned. I called Colonial with some trepidation because I have had a few bad dealings with service at other dealers. I reached Angela and she was pleasant from the beginning. I will admit that I was kinda direct and asked a lot of questions about their prices and I made sure she understood my trepidation. Angela did not miss a beat! she assured me that they stand by their repairs and she personally vouched for the mechanics there. Her honest demeanor and her willingness to listen and understand my issues convinced me to take the car to them. Well.... I just got a call from Angela and they found the problem! and... nothing needed to be replaced! The repair price was very fair and I was happy. Angela had the last word however, when she let me know that I was going to get a DISCOUNT of 10% for my son being in the military. WOW....... Listen up America, THIS is how people work together and how trust is established !! THANK YOU ANGELA..........and Colonial. More
Do not listen to sales people when they promise you something (or everything). They lie. If they promise you oil changes, it means only first oil change is covered. If they promise you inspections, it means state inspection is covered only and emission inspection cost includes both. If they promise you car washes, be prepared to wait at least an hour. Do not believe that you can spend Loyalty Cash on maintenance or repairs. They allow to use 10% only which is close to nothing. Double check everything. It is not the place where you want to come again. Most likely the five star reviews are all fake. More

I have been coming to Colonial Subaru for 20 years. With each visit I know that I will receive good quality service. I have been dealing with Rob for a lot of years and he knows how I feel about my cars. He each visit I know that I will receive good quality service. I have been dealing with Rob for a lot of years and he knows how I feel about my cars. He tells me what my car needs and what will be done and he makes sure that its done. If some weird symbol comes on the screen, I call him and he explains what it means and if its something not to worry about. I really appreciate all of Robs help. Thank you More
